This hydraulic oil press machine is mainly composed of stainless steel frame, cylinder, hydraulic station, manual reversing valve, oil barrel, tray and electrical control part.

Working principle
New model hydraulic oil pressers is based on the principle of liquid static pressure transmission to the hydraulic pressure as the transmission medium to squeeze the oil and then pressed out of a squeezing oil equipment. This machine is a closed circuit system composed of two parts of the hydraulic system and the oil press mainframe. Hydraulic press squeezing method is a purely physical method of squeezing oil.

Features
The hydraulic oil press adopts fully automatic system, easy to operate, safe and stable, and it only takes a few minutes to complete the finished product from feeding.
It can be widely used in different kinds of raw material, such as soybeans, peanuts, rapeseed, tea seeds, sesame, flax, etc.
The main body structure is made of high-carbon steel, with high hardness, high strength and good wear resistance. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure continuous operation and improves the service life of the oil press.
The oil output rate is high, and the principle of multi-stage propulsion and gradual pressurization is adopted to rapidly increase the pressure of the press chamber and make the oil fission and separation at one time.
The infrared temperature control system is adopted to automatically control the pressing temperature and water content, so that the oil can directly soften and activate the oil molecules, the pressing is stable, and the oil output rate is greatly improved.
Only physical pressing is used, the cold pressing process will not produce high temperature, will not damage the organic components of the oil, vacuum filter the residue, the oil output is high in purity, and the product quality is good.
